We very much hope that all delegates will join us for our Gala Dinner, which is always a highlight of our meeting, and you are most welcome to bring a guest. It is an opportunity for all delegates to mix informally.
You will be able to purchase your Gala dinner ticket when registering online for the meeting, but you must book by Tuesday 20 December 2011.
The evening begins with a drinks reception and canapés in the elegant Council Room in the Trent Building.
We will then move into the magnificent Senate Chamber for a four course meal.
Specific dietary needs can be catered for, but must be advised by Tuesday 20 December. Please contact Sarah King.
If you are joining us for the Gala Dinner, then you may also wish to take advantage of a special rate that we have negotiated with the University Halls of Residence. Single bedrooms with en-suite facilities are available at Rutland Hall Accommodation, which is within walking distance of the both Trent Building and the Medical School, for £37 + VAT, to include a buffet breakfast. Parking is available at Rutland Hall.
