2012 Sponsorship Packages

The Annual Conference at Dublin in 2011 saw a considerable change to the sponsorship packages that were available. This new format was extremely successful for both sponsors and the delegates attending the conference. Details of the available sponsorship packages are outlined below and we would draw your attention to the excellent opportunities offered by the Sponsored Symposia and Gold packages. Last year’s Sponsored Symposia proved extremely successful for both sponsors and delegates with a full attendance throughout.

The SARS Annual International Conference is the most prestigious Academic Surgical Meeting in the UK and Ireland and we expect 300-350 delegates to attend the 2012 Conference. Delegates will be from various sub specialties such as gastrointestinal surgery, vascular surgery, burns and plastic surgery, transplantation, urology, breast surgery, surgical oncology, military surgery and trauma, endocrine surgery and general surgery. There will also be a number of basic scientists attending. Sponsors will have ample opportunity to interact with the delegates.

Packages available:

Sponsored Symposia:

There will be two slots available for lunch time symposia on each of the two days. Each symposium will last 45 minutes and ideally should comprise two talks. The cost of sponsorship of each symposium is £5,000. In addition it is expected that the sponsors will defray the expenses and registration fees of the invited speakers. The sponsors will also be offered a full page advertisement in the conference brochure and the opportunity to have a stand at the conference. The final approval of the topic and speakers rests with the Council and Scientific Committee.

Gold Sponsorship:

Cost £3,000. Entitlements: Full page advertisement in the conference brochure, stand at the conference, free registration and gala dinner tickets for two delegates.

Silver Sponsorship:

Cost £2,000. Entitlements: Half page advertisement in the conference brochure and stand at the conference.

Bronze Sponsorship:

Cost £1,000. Entitlements: Stand at the conference and insertion of supplied flyer in delegate pack.

Advertisement:

Cost £500. Entitlements: Half page advertisement in the conference brochure.
